Ownership is an ideal in American culture and part of the American Dream. Put simply... it's the largest purchase in the lives of most people monetarily and emotionally. I understand this reality and strive every day to sympathize with my clients as they pursue their dream of home ownership
I believe when you are looking for a real estate broker, experience matters. I have been a Realtor for 14 years. Also as a previous owner of a brokerage firm, I have managed the transactions of 40 other real estate professionals. There's not a lot I haven't seen! Personally, I have performed over 650 transactions and sold over 80 million dollars in real estate. My business has grown steadily over the years even though I have not spent a lot of time and money advertising myself. 80% of my business comes from referrals. I take pride in this because it means that my clients have faith that I will represent their close friends and relatives with integrity.
I live and work in the heart of Virginia Highland... one of Atlanta's great historic neighborhoods. Piedmont park is my back yard and I have a zeal for city life. But I also know Atlanta's suburbs as I have represented clients from all over Metro Atlanta. I have a beautiful wife and two small children. Metro Atlanta is our home and my passion for this city is clear.
